Remove stock battery icon [Carbon ROM]

I'm using Carbon and I found out that Carbon removed the ability to hide the battery icon on the notification bar. This is a problem for me because I want to use GravityBox's battery icons. Right now I have two of them. How can I hide the Carbon one?

Do you have an option under settings for the status bar?
