Remove this bar?

[Android Central Question]

So I'm scrolling and this bar keeps popping up and it is annoying!
How do I remove or disable able it from my screen!
I only use the Microsoft edge browser on Android phone!

I'll try and add a photo!

But when I scroll the search bar at bottom keeps popping up and it is annoying as heck!
