removed apps consuming data

I have Moto e 1st Gen.when i check my cellular data there is removed apps are consuming data in background. how can i fix this issue?

Welcome to the forums. When you see 'removed apps' on the data usage list it refers to data consumed for those apps during the data cycle until they were uninstalled. They shouldn't be using data anymore.
