Removing a Non-removable icon

botched the installation of spyware...uninstalled for now....left behind spyware icon. Need help getting rid of icon ASAP!!!

Assuming you have tried deleting the icon have you done a clear cache/data on your Launcher app ?

I have not cleared cache...very limited time with target phone.
