Removing Icons for Apps you don't have installed

I'd like to use the Milk app, for example. But for me, it seems buggy as hell, so I uninstalled it from my phone.

The icon remains on the watch. Is there any way to remove it?

Might be a silly question but did you uninstall from the Gear Manager or Device application?
