Removing scratches on screens?

So I'm currently with a small problem. My phone has a small scratch on it. Its not deep but it was caused by the rivets on my jeans. Not too deep but visible. Any tips on removing the scratch? I'm wondering how to get it a bit buffed out but idk with what. Anybody know some remedies for this sort of thing?

Put a wet apply screen protector like a zagg invisible shield on it. These will often mask minor scratches.
