Reoccurring popup notification. uninstalled:package

Hello you guys,

So recently my samsung s6 edge has been showing these popup notifications way too much, something about uninstallation that goes something like this:

Uninstalled: package:tv.peel.app

I thought this occurs when an app is updated, however this keeps appearing with different app names around 5 times each day and for some reason even more so when playing a full screen video.

Please help me solve this i searched everywhere! Can i hide those messages if those are system errors? or if somehow the phone got infected?

Start uninstalling apps.
Go thru Settings: Apps
Install Malwarebytes and run it.
May want to prepare for a full system reset and new setup without restore.

Some apps try to make money from ads and ads can install adware.
