Reordering apps on S2--my gear app doesn't match instructions on the Web

I want to reorder the apps on my Gear S2, moving them to different pages.

Instructions on the Web for doing it via the Gear app on my Android phone say to use the Apps Layout screen -- which my app doesn't seem to have. There is a line for "Apps (Manage, reorder, uninstall)," and clicking it brings up a list of my apps, in the order they appear on the display, but I find no way of moving them to a new order. Trying to slide or long press does nothing.

Alternative instructions on the Web say press the apps screen to bring up edit mode and slide apps to the desired place, which lets me rearrange apps on teh same page. But sliding the desired app to the "previous page" icon does nothing.

So how do I rearrange my apps?

You are on the right track. Click on Apps, Manage, reorder, install. Then tap More. Then tap Reorder. You then should be able to move them.

On my phone, clicking on Apps...reorder... brings up a screen with no More button and no up-down arrows. Long-pressing an app's icon does not seem to make it movable either. So how do I reorder my apps?

BTW, the Gear app icon has now been replaced by a Galaxy Wearable icon, but pressing it still brings up Samsung Gear.
