Repeat PRL updates

Does anyone else have repeated PRL updates? Last night after I had hung up from a conference call? I had a couple of friends on a 3 way call then after I ended the call; My PRL was updating every 10 minutes... anyone else have this problem?

Yes, I've seen this occur before. Reboot and I think it usually stops eventually.
