Repeatedly removing phone from case?

Hi
So I have just bought an s7 edge (which is absolutely the best phone I have ever owned) and I am using an otterbox strada case. If you own this case you'll know what I mean when I describe the part that holds the phone as very stiff. It's not plastic, but I think it's very very solid rubber. Basically this means whenever I want to insert or remove the phone I have to apply quite a lot of pressure to it. My question is will this damage the phone at all? If anybody has experience of using a case like this for a long time has this affected your phone in any way??

I have the unicorn beetle pro and its very tight. I take mine out on the weekends for the VR. Im not worried about it as long as you take your time taking it out. Unless you use the VR alot, there should be no need to take it out of the case.
