Replace Evo Lte through Best Buy or Sprint?

My Camera App is not working. It comes up with just a black screen then freezes each time. Then it advises the app is not responding. I've done factory reset and rebooted the phone as well. Should I take to a sprint repair store or Best Buy. I just bought the phone yesterday. I have insurance with both places.

If you bought it through Best Buy, I would take it back to BB and exchange it there...

I think I may try Best Buy first. I know sprint can check the phone but I'm guessing there is something wrong with the software and it'll need to be replaced anyway

Return it the store you bought it at, Sprint can't help you if you didn't buy through them?

I think Sprint can especially cause I have their insurance but I am taking it to best buy.
