Hey guys, I recently dropped my phone a week ago, ordered a whole new LCD and all off of ebay (seller stated on it's page that it WAS compatible with the exact model I have), installed said screen assembly and the phone turns on and off and everything else fine, but the touchscreen doesn't register anything, and the phone goes into hardware key control mode after startup. I dropped $51 on all of this and I'm beginning to think I just took an L with buying from this seller, or ebay period in regards for this type of stuff. I did everything right, not sure what happened. Any suggestions? I'd prefer not to have to factory reset (especially if it doesn't fix the issue). Any workarounds? Please tell me I'm not the only one who has went through this. Could anyone provide me with a link to site that sells new or even used 100% OEM replacements? Probably doesn't help that I have a screen unlock on too huh. Idk. I need some answers guys haha.
Keep in mind, when I broke my phone, the screen would flicker in and out but mostly was dead, HOWEVER, I was able to do everything...just not see it.
