So my first phone was working great for the first 48 hours. Then it started slowing down and noticed a lot of lag. I did a factory reset hoping it will solve any software problems, but it didn't. Took it in to Verizon and they replaced it for me with a new device. I just came back from Verizon with another replacement cause my second one had a glitch in the second screen. The light was too bright from the top left corner on the second screen and it felt like the LCD was bleeding but with light only. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? I'm hoping 3rd time a charm cause I'm still within my 14 day return period but would rather keep the phone.

Have had mine on;y for about 24 hours now. I have only seen lag when I was installing all my apps and setting things up. Once that was done has been pretty speedy.

The first device i had didnt show the second screen problem. And the current one I have doesnt have it. I had the lag swiping through screens, loading apps. It was pretty much constant.

I have a funny story. Got my v10 yesterday. Synced up all my crap and then plugged it up. The flash light came on while plugged to the charger. The phone got real hot. Plugged it into a regular charger. Same thing. Plugged into a car charger. Same thing. Went back to the store and got a new one. Had to start all over again.

I've had a T-Mobile model since 10/30 and haven't had any issues. I came from the G4 and the V10 has been better in every way. I hope it keeps doing well!

I had to replace mine with inn the first day.

After I synced with Google and the play store I plugged it in and the flash light turned on and stayed on when plugged in. Weird. I had it replaced. The new one has been solid for 5 days.

T-mobile here, and sending it back. Wi-fi only works when the sim chip is removed. No it's not the chip it's the radio that's fubar. All other devices and phones work fine with both Wi-fi and the same sim chip. For me this is the last LG phone as I've never had good luck with them and yes, the second screen has severe light bleed, however I could have lived with that.
