Replaced nexus 5 display still flickering

Hi I had broken my Nexus 5 display but my I got the whole display replaced , before it the screen was flickering when it was broke , now since I have a new display , it should stop flickering , my doubt is does the display come with new USB fly cable , if yes then why is the screen still flickering?w
