replacement battery

I picked up the Anker Note 4 package on Amazon that includes a slow charger with 2 batteries. I did this when my Note 4 was new and I rotate all three. I can't tell which is the original as far as longevity.

It works out great for me. I switch out the spare I carry in my backpack at the end of the day, placing the freshly charged one in in my bag, and the one in my phone then goes in the charger.

I guess I'd prefer to use OEM batteries, but at the time the cost difference was prohibitive all in, and Anker has a good reputation.

Also, AC Store very often have the batteries on sale for $16.95. Their support is very good too!

To be honest never heard of them before. In addition looking at the reviews on Amazon it sounds sketchy as many state the battery would no longer hold a good charge after a month or two of use. Either way I'd stick with Samsung OEM (couple options listed below) or a known brand such as Anker. They may cost a little more but I think the old axiom "You get what you pay for..." still holds true! :)

1. AC's own ShopAndroid: Samsung 3220mAh Standard Battery for Galaxy Note 4 - Android Batteries - ShopAndroid

These are genuine Samsung (bought in bulk). They do not come with the plastic carry case. I bought 2 back in March and so far they're still working great.

2. Verizon: Samsung Standard Battery for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - Verizon Wireless

Picked up 2 of these as insurance when I wasn't sure if the ones from ShopAndroid were genuine or not. These do come with the plastic carry case.

AC Forums added a affiliate link to the Verizon link so it will not open on my computer just so you know.

Hmmm, funny, I don't have a problem opening the Verizon link on my PC... running Firefox. Here's the straight link... copy and paste if you must... less the quote marks.

I bought the Anker battery based on good reviews but had a pretty bad experience. The phone kept heating up excessively for long periods even after turning it off and on. The battery longevity was poorer than my 1.5 year old original battery. When I swapped in my original Samsung battery the phone was fine, no over heating and it still lasted longer than the Anker.

I ended up buying two original Samsung batteries with the external charger combo. No more battery life worries as I rotate across 3 batteries.
