Replacement phone arrives today......

My first (and only, crossing my fingers) replacement phone should arrive today. It seems my GPS is broken. My wife's X and my old Incredible would lock on to ten satellites, while my TB wouldn't even get one. This threw everything off: Maps, My Tracks, Navigation, Jog Tracker, etc. After being told by HTC that they "wouldn't replace my phone" I was forced to go to Verizon for a replacement. Here's hoping this phone works as advertised!

This is a warranty replacement. The internal GPS isn't functioning properly.

HTC should repair your Thunderbolt under warranty, however they are not obliged to send a new phone to you. VZW will send you a clnr, my first clnr had battery life problems and would not get Gps lock. Hope you are luckier.

Mine had the same gps issue. Got my clnr Friday and so far everything is great. No resets and gps locks fast

My clnr was also great. Looks very new to me. 1 reboot in 3 weeks and no more kickstand peeling. On/off button works better too.

So far, so good. 7 satellites on gps status. Now to figure out how to roll back to mr1......
