Replacement phone

Received a replacement phone due to a defect with first s8 plus. The replacement works great. Only problem is the charging port is very tight. Whether plugging in or unplugging charger it takes a little force. Only use samsung original charger and Verizon car charger. Has anyone else experienced this. Will it loosen up over time? It's only been two days since I received the replacement.

My cable fits perfect. Never have to apply force. Very easy to use. But I recently got a wireless charger so I rarely use the port anymore.

Seriously though, I'd think it would loosen up but mine isn't tight at all. Did you get a refurbished unit or is it brand new?

Hello! My guess is it will loosen up over time. My Honor 8 port was a little stiff for a bit, now that I think about it. But it loosened for sure! Don't worry!

The more you use it the better it'll get. My Anker cord takes a little more pushing to get it to work when in my truck versus the stock cable that came from Samsung.

As long as it charges I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you get a brand new in box with everything, or was the phone the only thing they sent you.

my port is very tight my MacBook charger won't work but all charges are tight.
