Replacing SD Card - any way to easily move apps/data

Just got my S7 Edge - awesome device!

I put in a 16GB SD card until I get my 64GB within a few days - I realized it installed a bunch of my apps on the SD card as I was restoring from earlier backup. Any way to move to a new SD card without too much hassle?

Try to move the SD data back to the Internal storage. On the storage sterring screen, clic on the internal storage. On the upper right corner, clic the three small dots and click transfert. It should transfert back the data it can on the internal storage !
