Reporting poor coverage zones

Does T-Mobile have an app or the functionality to report poor or dead cell zones? I recall AT&T had something called "Mark the Spot" at one point long ago and just curious if T-Mobile had it. The area where my office sits is horrible but thankfully I have WiFi calling. Texting is another story. I basically have to do the twist to get it to send out.

One of the bars that I go to by the beach, and that whole general area has a weak signal. I would love to report that.

The best thing to do is to speak to tech support and report your location to them. I just called about an area that I hangout in frequently. They said the nearest tower is 1.35 miles away but the tower is under repair. The tech was also able to tell me that their have been others reporting the same issue.

TMO app does this. It will automatically send reports as previously mentioned. Or , you can leave feedback about a network issue / bad reception area.

How do you text through WIFI? When I am at my office where reception disappears, getting a text to go out is darn near impossible. Is it a feature that needs activated on the handset?

They are referring to wifi calling, which is talk and text. From what you said text is not working on when wifi calling is on anyways, which is odd.

Interesting....may have to give them a call about it then. However, it could be that we just terrible wifi at work.
