Republic Moto G4, Android 6.0.1 No audio

Phone is 5 months old. Has worked flawlessly up to this point. Phone will vibrate with incoming phone call, and will display caller ID, but there is no ring tone, and no audio from caller, caller cannot hear me. Happens whether on cell network or on WiFi. No audio from apps or websites. Ive done a factory reset but no change. I'm waiting on reply from Republic.
Anyone else experience this?

Welcome to Android Central! Do other apps play audio normally? Can you hear the caller if you turn on speakerphone, or use wired or Bluetooth headphones?
