request application monitor from earlier firmware

I got my Optus branded handset a few days ago, the program monitor widget matched the assistive light, it was a grey color with green line. Ive since installed a newer unbranded firmware and lost that application monitor and gained an ugly blue one. Can someone with a rooted Optus phone please back up the application monitor apk for me. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Cheers
