You will need an app like BetterCut to change icons on the homescreens. If you want to add to a dock similar to the post a few back, you will need a launcher program like Launch Pro (which i use and recommend) or ADW.

How do you install the images?

Great icons, would like to try but have two small requests:

Change the Gmail icon to say Gmail and create an "email" icon.
I don't believe i saw a Music icon either.
