Help i can't find a well explained tutorial on how to download a custom rom and flash to htc wildfire s :[cdma]
im a noob so be specific as possible please...

there are plenty of tutorials everywhere my friend.
1) download rom, and move to sd card like you would any music file, or picture or anything of that matter.
2) pull the battery, now place back in and volume down+pwr button select the recovery option push power
3) Boot into recovery

4) Make a backup

5) Wipe cache, and under advanced wipe dalvik cache

6) Under mounts, format boot, system, data, and cache

7) reboot phone.

8) walk away for 30 mins and come back

Actually step 5 and 6 makes no sense. If you look what clockworkmod does when you wipe/factory reset. It formats system, cache and data. In turn the proper way is below.

1) Download rom and put it on your sd card

2) Boot to clockworkmod go to backup and do a backup.

3) Wipe/Factory Reset

4) Under mounts format system and boot.

5) Go to install zip from sd card. Select the rom you put on the card, letting it install.

6) Select reboot and wait for it to boot.

To return to your working backup you did.

1) Boot to recovery.

2) Wipe/factory resest

3) Go to mounts, format boot and system

4) Got to restore and select the backup

5) When done reboot phone
