LOL thanks, I wasn't aware I would get them all back again as I don't think I have any backup features executed or anything like that. Android noob remember?
I am gonna wait a few days and then contact US Bell Customer Support (Since that is where Virgin Tech Support goes) and see what the results / findings of the ticket are before I do the reset.
