Request: Video/picture of a "perfect" Evo 3D

I agree, I would want to exchange a defective device just as the next person would. But, a wobbly switch is far from a defective device. I would know. I have one. And it's not even wobbly. It clicks when you shake it with force. But again, far from defective.

And light leakage, on this device, is not a sign of a device being defective either. The screen isn't peeling up in any way. It's just a matter of the placement of the Lights. You could only see a slight haze when you're in a dark room anyways. Again, doesn't make the device defective.

People are just extremely anal about things.

Woah, don't get your panties in a bunch, I wouldn't have complained if other companies shared these problems, but they DON'T. It is a very big issue for me, but may not be for you. I expect the phone to have flaws, BUT do not say these are not issues when they clearly are, they may not be the biggest issues, but issues nonetheless.

I guess. Also, I apologize if I came off a little harsh... I'm in no way trying to start a fight. Just wanted to put that out there!

Back to the "issue". If it doesn't effect my day to day operation then I don't really consider it an issue.

I have snapped probably around 700 pictures in 16 days. The switch, although wobbly, works just fine. Same with the camera button.

I'm just saying, if the wobbly switch is the only issue as you call it, just leave it. You don't want to go and exchange your phone and power it up to find 3 or 4 dead pixels on your screen. Now THAT would be an issue. A big issue.

Just keep it.
