Reset for Lollipop

If I do a factory reset will I get the OTA Lollipop update? Or do I still have to wait?

Nobody knows Google's formula for who gets the OTA updates and when, if there even is such a formula. It's a process that takes a couple of weeks and it comes when it comes, unless you want to sideload it. I would advise saving the time and trouble of a reset for after the update, in case it clutters or slows your phone down.
