Reset from factory and after reboot manny programs disaper

No programs after factory reset. No camera, calculator etc

Well I don’t know what happened there, unless you’re in some sort of Extremely Simple Launcher Mode or something. But that would surely not remove Camera.
Can you reflash the stock firmware?
