Doesn't go back to Factory settings like when you first open box,when they ask questions. Goes right to android menu

Yes, never getting back to the Factory settings, like when you take it out of the box for first time and they ask you questions. I bypass those questions and start at Android Menu

What's the exact model number of the box? Look in ​Settings>About Device>Model Number.
