Reset Password does not work, forum post deleted.

[Android Central Question]

I made an account on this forum to follow-up on a question I asked.

I wasn't able to log in (must have misremembered my password or mistyped what I intended when I signed up) so I tried to attempt a Reset Password, but I never received a reset email.

I made another account so that I could follow-up on the question, only for that account to get hit with a Permanent Ban.

I then tried to look for my original question and found that it was removed from the forums.

What gives?

I think I know who you are: Jackybro, and then you made another account for jeantest. I'll send a message to the Mod you did the banning -- I think it was a misunderstanding. People who knowingly make multiple usernames for spammy reasons can get banned, but in your case, it was due to getting locked out of your account (and in those situations, you should email community@futurenet.com for assistance).
