Reset rooted Android GalaxyS4, now doesn't boot (System process not responding)

A while ago, I rooted my Galaxy S4 using Kingo ROOT. I now just wanted to wipe my phone completely (whether the root stays or not doesn't really matter to me, I had it installed hoping it would make my phone faster but I don't think it made a difference), so I rebooted in recovery mode, wiped cache, then wiped data, then rebooted - and since then it just doesn't boot properly, sometimes flashing an installation screen or something like it should, but then going black again (sometimes leaving the status bar at the top), and displays a notification that System process is not responding.

Any suggestions to what I can do in order to set up my phone again?
