resigning "Primary" on a contact

Ok, I've looked, but how do I go about resigning a contact's phone number as their primary or not...

I've got several contacts that through syncing through gmail has their home number instead of mobile as primary or vice versa, how do I fix this?

I don't know if this is the real answer or not, but... all of my contacts are synced gmail contacts...so I logged in to Gmail on my desktop and went into contacts and edited those I wanted to change and "re-ordered" the numbers in there so the mobile or whatever number I wanted to be primary was on top of the list. Saved them, and walla its fixed in the phone....there may be a better or easier way, but this way works, if you don't have your contacts synced I'm not sure how you can do it.

Go to each contact (view the contact card, don't edit), long click on the phone number that you want as the default, and click "set as primary".
