Resizing pics for my background

Whenever i try to set a picture from my incredible or my computer as my background but its always too big, how can i resize it and make it fit on my wallpaper without it stretching and being to big? help plzz

how do I changed the pic size without sending to you.I can never figure this out.mine is also too big.even after I crop it.thanks

When you go to set the wallpaper, you'll see a green rectangle, that will be smaller than the photo, even if the photo is 960x800. Just grab a corner of the rectangle and drag it to make it larger until it covers the whole photo.
