Resolution for 4.1.2 and dropping WIFI for HTC One

I found a fix for the Android 4.1.2 upgrade and not being able to connect to wifi networks. I have had this issue on my HTC One since I got the phone in June. If you go to Google play store and download the app smartsync disabler it should fix the problem. Once you download it slide the screen from right to left and you will get a screen with two option. Make sure both boxes are check marked. I have been playing Tune in for the past hour with no issues at all. Let me know if you have any questions.

Not sure what this fixes? My wifi stays on at all times if I am on wifi and so does mobile data if I am using that.
