(RESOLVED) Brick HELP

Running SC2.9.2 with the Gingerbread Theme. Wanted to reboot into recovery but accidentally just Rebooted the phone so I held down the up/down volume buttons and the power button to enter recovery. The Samsung appeared the first time but then a battery appeared with a stuck progress/timer thing. No matter what I do can't get the phone to boot or into recovery,

Have you pulled the battery? Why did you do the three buttons route when you could have just let pone boot all the way then gone through long press power menu again? Did you do the three button press before phone fully booted?

Think I got it.

Did an ODIN NON-DATA WIPE and nothing happened

Did and Standard ODIN and phone booted up.

That was a bit of a scare.

Since all data is lost gonna give VooDoo a shot. (DONE, so far so good)

Have you pulled the battery? Why did you do the three buttons route when you could have just let pone boot all the way then gone through long press power menu again? Did you do the three button press before phone fully booted?

Some weird stuff happened earlier today. Tried to start Titanium BU and phone rebooted itself and then tried to connect to PC and go a take you phone out of USB debugging mode (IT WAS) message. I was going to re-flash with SC2.9.2 but it messed up powering the phone off and thought why wait for the reboot when I could do the 3 button method. I don't think that was the issue something was not right and that's why it soft bricked.

Thank to GunnerMike's writeup it was a BREEZE. Phone took like 5 mins to reboot. It is much snappier that before.

My only question is this. Let's say my phone does the same thing as last night and soft bricks. How can I un-brick the phone now that I have voodoo. I can't use ODIN as all the roms are non-voodoo.

you can use odin , but you will have to use the pit file, the full stock odin package, and have to select repartition. You may have to run it twice

Don't know what a pit file is. Which stock ODIN one? One of your ODIN's with SC will not work (That's what I did last night)? How do you select repartition?

I know I am jinxing myself but links for these files and a quick Walkthrough would be great.
