Restarting problem

So basically my HTC one m8 will occasionally just freeze and restart, almost always from an app. I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem. It is really not that often though like twice a week. Is this just normal?

Definitely not. Any specific apps? Did it start after a software update?

On the Facebook app, and also on the settings menu now that I think about it.
