restore my backup from samsung galaxy to my lg g3

hi i backupt my samasung galaxy s5 using kies then installed the software for my lg g3 to restore the dat file to my lg but the lg software wont restore the file can anybody help please

I do not think they are compatible.
I am using LG Backup to move from the G2 to a G3 and it is not transferring 100%.
