Restoring my Android 4.2 iMobile IQ 9.2

I am trying to recover Android 4.2 on my iMobile IQ 9.2 but I get two error messages. The first appears when I first start recovery: No .zip file in sdcard. The second appears when I select any option from the recovery menu, eg. wipe data/factory reset: No Command. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks.

In recovery mode, navigate to the wipe data/factory reset option. Touch screen select this option. Does it bring you to the next screen that shows three - no lines?
