resubmit for payment to activate google plAY MUSIC ACCOUNT

i recently lost a credit card where my monthly google play music was used...
my account got cancelled. I input my new credit card info into my account.
Id like to reactivate my google music play using that new card

Yes and if that doesn't work I would contact google customer service
