For some reason the download pauses whenever my screen goes to sleep....so it's taking forever. I was away from my desk and had to restart it again. I should be here at the desk for at least 1/2hour so hopefully that's enough time, just gotta keep this screen awake.

Hey y'all!
I'm wondering if anyone else is still dealing with the Sleep of Death while running SuperClean? I sure am! It's improved GREATLY, with the last 2.9.1 but I still have to keep checking my phone to see if it's awake or if it died.

I did a "Factory Reset" through CWM, wiped Cache, wiped Dalvik Cache, Flashed 2.9 through CWM and then flashed 2.9.1. Prior to that, I copied off the contents of my SD card to my computer, reformatted my SD card, then did the mentioned flashes, then brought back to my card what I needed. It is improved significantly, as the death only happens once, sometimes twice in a day. But it does still happen. I"m just so frustrated because there is so much to LOVE about SuperClean, namely I can go the entire day with one battery charge! But this is frustrating.

Anyone have any other suggestions? Should I give 2.9.2 a shot, since the introduction of the EC10 kernal?

I think I saw it posted somewhere in here.... maybe by LandShark, but I could be wrong. But, I think it said something about flashing a theme by nitrogylcerine (Ultimate Honeycomb seems to be the really popular on right now)... give it a try, it can't hurt

Or.... you could instal the "Never Sleep" patch. It will give you the option to select that the phone will not go to sleep while charging.

So I am almost, just about, nearly, going to take the plunge into Superclean. I currently have EB01 Deodexed/Debloated rom. I like it but from what I hear this EC10 kernel is great and version 2.9.2 is pretty stable. Anyway, my question is if I can flash the rom right over my current rom? I also have heard people having problems with launcherpro. I use Go Launcher, has anyone else had problems or succes with Go Launcher with 2.9.2? And finally, will a touch of blue theme work with this new superclean?

I love Go Launcher and I also replaced my stock SMS with their Go SMS. Much more powerful.

Loving this update so far. Battey seems to be a bit better for me but its too early to say for sure.

I can't rename or move anything in root explorer, been having this problem since I moved on from eb01 kernel. Any ideas?

anybody getting horrible battery life with this? I was getting decent battery life with the 2.9.1 but I just flashed 2.9.2 and i'm losing like 8% per hour!!!

2.9.1 Feedback

On about three separate occasions now my phone running 2.9.1 reboots on it's own and hangs on the honeycomb screen. I have found that I have to remove the battery to restore my phone to a functional state. I think it may be related to Bluetooth but I do not have any data to prove it, just coincidence.

Yep I was getting great untell now it was down 20% over night so I did the bstat thing again hope it will help

Well considering you could have only had 2.9.2 for a few hours or so... that is definetly not enough time to evaluate the battery use. I suggest charging to 100%, run the bstats command... then give it a few days and see how you are then

Nope, still not. What version is your camera saying it is? Mine is back to 1 and I could have sworn it was different before. Regardless, doesn't work even after a reboot. Worked yesterday when I took pics, updated this morning, now it doesn't.

I know there is a patch in JeaKar's Roms, Themes, Kenels sticky that enables that feature on your camera. Give that a try... just flash in CWM

I have found that whenever I think I need a battery pull, holding both volume buttons then holding the power button all 3 together for about 10 seconds will reset the phone without having to actually pull the battery. Try it out next time, sorry it doesn't help resolve your problem, just trying to make it a bit easier for you.

Anyone know if touchwiz will work with 2.9.2? I would try it out but I can't find it in the market to download. Any idea where to download it?

Seems that the wireless tether app is still okay to use. True?

Random: any know where an apk and video apks for videotonez is? I really loved that app & I don't understand why they pulled it from the market :-(

Question though (for anyone)... has the haptic feedback been pretty much removed? It is still present on the dialer and the soft keys, but definitely not on the keyboards and most (if not all) of the home screen functions.

Just wondering if this is a "feature" of this ROM, or if it is just me? Thanks!

The haptic feedback works or me on all 3 of my keyboards and the softkeys, but not on most of the homescreen functions.

I noticed that my browser directed me to U.S. Cellular's home page when I first clicked it. I don't know what the connection is, but I know that Froyo was just released for the Mesmerize (yesterday I think) on U.S. Cellular. Also EC10 is a kernel that was meant for the Mesmerize.
