I got locked out of my Galaxy S6 Edge and i have also forgotten my backup password, my mobile data is off and I can't connect to wifi because its locked.Any other option than a factory reset. Plz help

So you have forgotten you Password, Pin, etc. Just all of a sudden? Something you need to do to unlock your phone every time you use it? You have forgotten? I have never understood how this happens, and frankly, passwords are set so when a device gets stolen they can't be accessed or sold.

So your only option is to Factory Reset from the Android System Menu on Startup. And doing so requires you to be able to login with correct password to the Google Email that was signed in at the time the phone locked.

If you Remember the gmail Id and can't connect to WiFi then
1)Go to Recovery.
2)Select Adb
3)Connect Via Adb on PC(Don't forget to Setup ADB)
4)Type adb -s $PHONESERIAL shell "svc wifi enable"
This will Enable WiFi and Hopefully You will Get your Password Without a Data Reset or any Further ****.
