Retrieving phone numbers

hello all,

just purchased my s4 yesterday and am very happy with it. until last night when i realized my contacts (phone numbers) from my s3 wasn't transferred over to my new phone. the lady from best buy google-synced it and everything, but somehow the numbers weren't transferred. she did transferred a bunch of stuff from the s3's hard drive to the card, so i got all my pics and stuff. i'm planning on calling best buy today and wanted to know if they can somehow retrieve the numbers from my old phone. it was formatted before i left, but i'm hoping they can still somehow retrieve it. is that even possible? or is there any other way that i can get my old phone numbers back? Help!!!

If your contacts where synced to your Gmail account, then all you need to do is login with your Gmail username and password to sync your contact book to the s4. If they where stored on your phones memory and it was formated, then you are most likely out of luck. If they where on your sim card, exchange the sim cards and copy from sim to s4.

Glad it did. Loosing your contacts is the worst nightmare! Happened when I switched to android from blackberry.
