Retrieving wording from messages erased..

How in the world is someone retrieving my words from messaging I did within the WhatsApp app? The app is deleted from phone but yet they find the words and messages I sent deep within the basement of my phone somewhere and somehow. No, they don't have the passowrd as the app is erased! They get it from somewhere on my phone! Any ideas?

My teenage son! Yes, it is true. The app is deleted and yet he can go into some portion of the phone and retrieve the messages. It's like on some sort of memory clipboard. And how do I know? Because he reads them to me....

Hmm, is he demonstrating this security flaw to you as an example, or is he just trying to snoop around your phone?

When you were using WhatsApp, did you make a habit of copying any messages in order to paste them somewhere else?

Can your son explain to you how he's finding these messages, or does he refuse to divulge that information?

Could it be that he's accessing your WhatsApp account from the mobile site on your browser?

You need to have the phone connected to WhatsApp whilst the browser is open for it to work on the browser. So I don't think that is what is happening.

Does your son have access to your phone and Google account details so that he has installed the app onto his phone and downloaded your history via a backup on your Google drive? This is the only way I think he could do it.

If your son has access to your phone then he can get access to your whatsapp, one way if he sign into.his phone with your number on whatsapp and deleted the text verification on your phone and since you don't have it anymore on your phone he can access them. You have access to his phone ?
