Retrive files when droid stuck on "eye"

My Maxx has been stuck on the EYE for a long time now and I wanted to know if there is anyway to get the files (Pictures, videos, etc) off of it in one of the boot up modes. Or is there any piece of software that would get in there? When I plug it into my computer the stupid MOTO Cast drive pops up so I know it is connected but since I cannot unlock it I think it is blocking me from getting to my other files.

Try powering down and booting back up in Safe Mode: Safe Mode - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA
