Rettrieve data from SD card

Hi all. Yesterday my phone froze up and I performed a reset to factory settings with the SD card removed. So, my question is - is there a way to retrieve the data that is still on the sd card?

If all you done was a reset, then all of your data should still be on your sd card. (Unless I'm missing something.) Data as in music, pictures, etc...?

If you mean "back up" the data, then you can just copy the contents of the SD card to a computer using a card reader.
