Return to Best Buy-Can I?

I purchased a 128 6GB from Best Buy. I am wanting to return it, and use my Amazon 512 8GB, but I am concerned Best Buy will not allow me to return it. It's an outright purchase. No plan. Any experience with Best Buy?

I always thought it was 14 days. That's what they told me when I purchased my phone through them.

I think they charge a restock fee, unless the device is defective. After 14 days, they can't accept as return.

30 days does not count for phones, tablets or computers. I have the highest purchase status and still 14 days.

Good point. Though Computers and non-cellular tablets are not limited to 14 days.
