I would like to return my recently purchased lg g3 and get my htc one M8 back. It has been less than 14 days. I know i will have to pay a restocking fee. Will i receive the same htc one m8 that i traded in or will it be a refurbished device?

I would say there is no way they have your old device just sitting there waiting for you.

Doubtful, but you can check. When trading in the old device, they should have had you signing a disclaimer saying that you can't get the old device back or something to that regard

You can't get it back. Once you you trade your device in to T-Mobile the sale is final, non refundable and non returnable. If you want an M8 now you have to buy one.

Also, if you got it from your carrier, they usually only let you trade one time. So you may be out of luck altogether unless you buy an m8 outright.

The G3 is nice but the screen rez is stupid high and that allows for less on screen time.

What is with these screen's over 1080p? On a phone with a screen 6" tops. You're not going to be able to notice the difference....

Tech always goes above and beyond... Look at LTE. Pulling 50..60..70 Mbps on a phone? Completely not needed for most users needs.. Browsing the Web.. Facebook.. Some music streaming.. Doesn't need anywhere near that speed.

What did you end up doing? Did you return the phone? What happened when you tried to get your M8 back?
