Screen response is intermittently bad on bottom right side and it drops calls constantly...anyone else returned their phone?
Did you get a replacement?

Of course nothing easy when dealing with Verizon. Spoke to 3 different people and got 3 different answers about whether I can swap in store for a new one, even though it was purchased via verizon website...:-\

I'm returning the AT&T version. Screen issues, but more than that, I get stuck in download issues in the Play Store where apps will not download but cannot be stopped unless you Force Quit the Store. Once restarted the apps still won't download.

I have only been playing with my for 2 hours but so far .. the screen responds just fine.

Try and do another factory data reset. It may fix it.

Have you tried changing the DNS settings on your wifi router? Change to 8.8.4.4 or 8.8.8.8. People on Verizon forums are reporting this issue. Could be related to your router. Also make sure your router has the most current FW. You might need to also change router settings and use IP4v instead of IP6v.

Since early android, there has been a ip4v vs ip6v bug. I dont remember what the app is, but there is one that changes the signal for you thru the phone to IP4v

just found it, but its a root app called [ROOT] Disable IPv6

wonder if its possible without root

touch screen issues...if a fdr doesn't work then i would exchange it.

You can disable IPv6 on most routers.

I've done three factory resets thus far and the exact issue returns every time.

Ensure no app is "waiting for wifi". I had this issue myself. If an app is "Waiting for wifi" or something it will cause ALL app updates to stop and wait for that one (including Google Play Services).

I was having an issue with apps not downloading from the Play Store as well. Apps would get stuck on "download pending" and then I would get an error code 924. I went into the application manager and cleared all data for the Play Store and it solved my problem.
