Hi guys,

I am exchanging my DX because, in short, it is a bit too big for my liking. I will miss the features it has as compared to my new Incredible for sure.

Question is: the 16gb mini SD card that came with it -- is it mine to keep? It is not included in the invoice. :p

I wonder if I would get dinged for it? What do you guys think?

I'd keep it because I'm a **** like that...

but honestly, you should prolly return it with the phone. Never know how much Verizon would charge you if they find out it's missiing.( might be more then actually buying one legit)

Keep and and put and I.O.U under the battery...

They may charge you for it because i'm sure it will go become a refurb unit
and i'm sure that is one thing that is on the checklist they may go thru. but who knows

Neither was the cable and charger that came with the phone on the invoice. Seriously? Yes, it has to go back with the phone. When you buy a product, they don't list on the invoice everything that is contained in the box that comes with it. Although the box does have it printed on it what's included.

I'd wana keep it too , but it's a gamble if you did :p. I'm sure if they looked for it and didn't find it they would charge you the max. they could .

What dmcman73 said.

Just return it. How much are 16gb micro SD cards running for these days anyway? $40?

Its a morals thing. You didn't buy it, it came with a piece of equipment you purchased. If you got a full refund the phone then you essentially stole the SD card. Its not like software, that device cost Motorola direct money to include in the device and affected the original selling price.

Or at least put a brick in the empty box to give it some weight and try to fool the Customer rep when you return it.

LOL, I worked at Kmart back in the day and someone return a Nintendo 64 box with a phone book inside!!! LOL.. It was Funny as hell...Even funnier the returns lady gave the guy his money back and didn't bother to open it! Classic...

I'm glad someone posted this today, it made me smile on a crappy day!

But I think the mods should close this, it's served its purpose.
