Returning to stock with no root

I need help returning my tab to complete stock meaning no root and original programs and bloatware. I know there are some procedures here that allow you to back to stock but the root still exist. I have a verizon tab. Any links, directions, or point me to the right thread would be appreciated.

try looking for superoneclick. its what i used to root my tab. there is a root function as well as an unroot function.
