So I have a bit of an issue. I returned my S20 Ultra. When I requested the return via Samsung, I selected my phone but not the preorder items because I didn’t think I needed to select the preorder accessories too. Well they’ve had my return since Wednesday and there’s been no change in the status. So I went on an online chat and they told me that they will now have to put in a ticket since I shipped back the phone and my preorder bonus accessories, and that I was supposed to check them all.
Obviously I’m super frustrated with Samsung. There’s a part of me that wonders if they should even have to open up a ticket in this case. I even asked them to just ship it all back to me and they said they couldn’t do that.
Just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced something like this with Samsung and what the result was.
